It provides excellent protection for welding and grinding. Made using 8.5oz Barrweld, this fabric was engineered to shed weld splatter and resist pin holes, is inherent flame resistant (IFR), and won’t burn, melt, or drip. The protective properties are inherent to the fiber and won’t launder out over the life the garment.
