The hoodies from Tri-Star Glove provide arc flash protection and make the perfect middle layer when creating the ultimate layered cold-weather work system. They can also be worn as an outer layer when it warms up. Layers of clothing provide protection and comfort. Wearing the hoodie under one of our barn coats creates an insulating layer to help retain body heat and our base layers wick the sweat away.

Hoodies with Warmth & Comfort
- All of our hoodies are constructed using 10.75 oz, arc-flash rated, inherent flame-resistant (IFR) modacrylic cotton fleece. The interior is made with a soft layer of flocked fleece. Since the protective properties are inherent to the fibers of the fabric, they cannot be laundered out over the life of the garment, and will not burn, melt, or drip. Colors available include hi-vis yellow, orange, or navy.
- When worn as the outer layer, the fleece kangaroo pouch will keep hands warm or it can be used to store cell phones, keys, or other items that need to stay handy. The hood is designed to fit over a standard hard hat. For visual identification and compliance, HRC2 appears on the left sleeve. Choose from pullover or zip-up configuration. All of our hoodies are available in sizes small to 5XL, as well as other sizes up on request.
