Low Lint Products for Paint and Plastics

Low Lint is more than a marketing technique; it is a standard in our facility. Measures are taken daily to ensure each glove is exactly the way it needs to be for our customers and end users.

In areas of manufacturing that require environmental control from contaminants, such as paint departments in the automotive world, the gloves  need to be consistent and dependable so that the final product is detailed exactly the same.
In our efforts to continually improve and reduce errant particulate, we converted from the traditional method of overcasting where the threads need to be cut, to inserting a thermal X-Yarn in the final strokes of the knitting process, significantly reducing the threat of particulate.

We offer a wide range of gloves in colors such a mint green, blue, grey and black i
n order to provide contrast from sealer.  Should a paint seed appear, the contrasting colors will make it possible to rule out the glove as the source of contamination.

We incorporate Polyester, NegaStat®, Twaron® filament and other yarns to create a line of products for cleanliness, anti static, and even light cut resistance.
