Bib Overalls
Welders need protection from weld expulsion, thermal transfer, and other threats associated with welding. The team at Tri-Star Glove designs and manufactures inherent flame-resistant (IFR) welding apparel, including bib overalls, for manufacturers across the United States and Canada.
With our extensive knowledge manufacturing high-performance inherent flame-resistant (IFR) safety apparel, we work with the distributor and/or end-user to ensure a solution that will protect the team members from workplace hazards. Part of that process involves pairing the right raw materials to match the threat. With our trusted, long-term supply chain relationships, we design and manufacture high-performance safety apparel, using trusted fabrics that provide proven solutions.

IFR Bib Overalls
Many manufacturers need safety apparel for welders ranging anywhere from light duty to violent welding. To meet this need, we provide bib overalls that are inherent flame-resistant, which means the protective properties are inherent to the fiber and won’t burn, melt, or drip nor can they be laundered out over the life of the garment. Our high-performance fabrics, such as Barrweld™ will not only keep your team safe from the hazards of welding but keep them comfortable at the same time. Bib overalls made using our Barrweld™ family of fabrics are available in different weights, from 7 oz Barrweld Lite to 10 oz Barrweld Extreme.
For those team members who need neck-to-toe protection, pair any one of our bib overalls with a welding jacket or leather boot covers and create a complete “system”.
